1. Acceptance

2. About MOWA

MOWA is an original character, art, fashion, music and collectibles brand. This website provides brand information and links to third-party platforms, including social networks, wallet providers and NFT marketplaces.

3. No financial advice or guaranteed benefits

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. MOWA digital collectibles are not offered as securities or investments. Ownership does not guarantee profit, resale value, revenue sharing, tokens, merchandise, access, future utility or any other benefit. Any future benefit is discretionary unless it is stated in a separate, binding written agreement.

4. Digital collectibles and blockchain risks

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and involve network fees, price volatility, smart-contract risk, wallet compromise, platform outages, forks, regulatory changes and loss of access. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, transaction review, taxes and compliance with laws that apply to you. MOWA cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover lost credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The MOWA name, 墨娃 lettering, characters, artwork, animation, music, photographs, product designs, text, logos and site design are owned by or licensed to MOWA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless MOWA provides a separate written license, buying or holding a MOWA digital collectible transfers ownership of that token only and does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, commercial rights, rights to manufacture merchandise, or the right to use MOWA branding.

You may display an image associated with a collectible you lawfully own for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to marketplace terms and any collection-specific license published by MOWA. You may not copy, sell reproductions, create merchandise, use the artwork to promote another project, remove rights notices, train an AI model on MOWA assets, or imply endorsement without written permission.

6. Website conduct

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use MOWA content for unlawful or deceptive activity.

7. Wallets and third-party services

Wallet connections and external services are provided by independent third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply. MOWA does not control their systems, fees, availability, security or transactions. A wallet connection is not an account with MOWA and does not give MOWA custody of your assets.

8. Merchandise and future sales

If MOWA offers physical products, the price, shipping, returns and other sale-specific terms shown at checkout will apply in addition to these Terms. Product images may be prototypes or artistic mockups until identified as available for sale.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The website and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. MOWA does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, continued availability of third-party links or future development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOWA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of digital assets, lost profits or losses arising from third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

MOWA may update the website, discontinue features, restrict misuse or revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
